Crying Woods

Woods and the trees in the woods are silent. But we can see the condition of the forests. Often you can see faces in living and in dead trees. My works show how the woods are crying. Alle motifs are based on real living or dead trees. But I use the artistic freedom to emphasize some aspects in the structure I see. Or I add some details that emphasize what I want to express.

Each print is individual. The number of prints made from one printing block is limited. For each print the printing block is colored individual. So, every print has the same motif, but different colours and different atmosphere.
